Large amounts of unlicensed medicines have been seized by Department of Health authorities during a search of a home in Glengormley.

A male was spoken with by department officers about unlawfully importing and subsequently supplying unlicensed impotence medicines by means of the web.

The 47-year-old was likewise questioned about other medicine offences.

The search was performed by the department’s Medicines Regulatory Group.
