Large quantities of unlicensed medications have been seized by Department of Health authorities throughout a search of a house in Glengormley.

A male was talked to by department officers about unlawfully importing and subsequently supplying unlicensed impotence medicines through the internet.

The 47-year-old was also questioned about other .

He will now be the subject of a report to the Public Prosecution Service.

The search was performed by the department’s Medicines Regulatory Group.

Its senior enforcement workplace, Peter Moore, said: “It is vital that we get the message across that unlicensed medicines can be hazardous.
